NOTICE: The ENERGY STAR Dishwasher Rebate will expire on 9/30/10. Effective 10/1/10, no further rebates will be issued for dishwashers. We will honor eligible dishwasher rebate applications for new installed ENERGY STAR dishwashers received by PUD Customer Service and Conservation Department Staff until close-of-business, Thursday, September 30, 2010. Rebate forms are available at all PUD offices and participating vendors.

This rebate is for Clallam County PUD Customers Only (if you’re not a customer, check with your Utility, they may offer a similar rebate)
Appliances must be installed; no exceptions.
Only households with electric water heaters are eligible for the full $50 rebate.
Itemized receipts (or copies thereof) showing payment in full must be attached. Partial receipts are invalid.
Rebate forms must list the PUD Appliance Code for each appliance, see ENERGY STAR® Appliance Rebate Form for details
Incomplete &/or ineligible rebate forms will be returned.
Rebates may be modified or discontinued at any time.
