With anticipated future rate increases, and ever-increasing weatherization costs, there’s no time like the present to take all practical measures to make your home as energy efficient as possible. Weatherizing now will reduce the impacts of future utility rate and weatherization cost increases. while increasing your home comfort level.
State and Federal Incentives:
WA State Stimulus Funded Appliance Rebates for high efficiency appliances including, clothes washers, dishwashers, refrigerators, heat pump water heaters and ductless heat pumps, March 15th - December 31st, 2010 -- or until funds run out. Please note this program is operated by the State, not your PUD.

New EPA Lead Hazard Requirements
As of April 2010, Federal law now requires that renovations performed by contractors at homes, child care facilities and schools built before 1978 observe all applicable EPA lead hazard rules.
